Business Core Solutions (BCS), renowned as the world's first Agentic System Integrator, has announced its acquisition of Techie2Pillar, a specialist in voice and conversational AI. This strategic move aims to bolster BCS's delivery of AI solutions by expanding its Agentic Service as a Software (ASaaS) offerings.

The acquisition follows a six-month collaboration where BCS and Techie2Pillar worked on real business cases involving conversational AI. This partnership highlighted the effectiveness of AI in business operations, proving its impact beyond experimental stages and into everyday use, especially in real-time decision-making and workflow execution.

With Techie2Pillar now a part of BCS, the acquired capabilities will enable the creation of Proxyn.ai, a new sister company. The integration enriches BCS' portfolio, combining over 400 agent blueprints refined across numerous enterprise environments, thus enhancing the scalability and execution of enterprise AI projects.
