Countdown begins: Vivo S1 with Helio P65 and 32MP selfie camera to launch today

It boasts a 6.38-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED (Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode) display with 1080×2340 (FHD+) resolution to provide a large screen experience.

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo is all set to unveil its mid-budget smartphone Vivo S1 in India, today. The global variant of the smartphone was launched in Indonesia, last month, at IDR 3,599,000, nearly INR 18,000. Powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 SoC, the phone features a triple rear camera setup, a 4,500mAh battery, and in-display fingerprint scanning sensor for a better unlocking experience.

It boasts a 6.38-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED (Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode) display with 1080×2340 (FHD+) resolution to provide a large screen experience. S1 features an industry-leading 32-megapixel AI front camera for amazing and high clarity selfies and a 16-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor to capture exceptional shots.

Vivo S1 runs on Funtouch OS 9, Vivo's own operating system, based on Android 9.0 Pie. With enticing diamond black and skyline blue looks, the phone is expected to be available in three variants: 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage at Amazon India.
