DICV Appoints Muthumaruthachalam C as President and Chief of Operations

Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) has announced that Muthumaruthachalam C will be its new president and chief of operations and logistics, effective August 15. He replaces Anshuman Jain and will manage core operations, reporting to CEO Satyakam Arya. Muthu's extensive experience with DICV and other Daimler divisions makes him a preferred choice.

In a strategic leadership move, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) has appointed Muthumaruthachalam C as its new President and Chief of Operations and Logistics, effective from August 15.

Muthumaruthachalam replaces the former Chief Operating Officer Anshuman Jain, who exited the company in April 2024. Reporting directly to DICV's Managing Director and CEO, Satyakam Arya, he will be responsible for overseeing operations, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and truck operating systems.

Muthu's vast experience within the Daimler Truck ecosystem both domestically and internationally, particularly in procurement and supply chain management, positions him ideally to enhance DICV's operational efficiency and drive forward the business functions.
