According to the CPRO of North Western Railway, the derailment occurred on the side line of the yard, thus not affecting the main Delhi-Alwar route. The incident took place at around 2:30 am.

Thankfully, the Alwar-Mathura route was impacted minimally as there were no passenger or freight trains scheduled during that window. The tracks were cleared by 9 am, allowing the first passenger train between Barmer and Mathura to pass without issues.
