The partnership unifies two studios renowned for their innovative and high-quality work in VFX.

One of US's existing leadership team will continue to oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless integration. Over the last five years, BFS has collaborated with OOU on major projects such as 'Bridgerton', 'Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore', and 'Napoleon'. This acquisition promises significant strategic advantages, including operational efficiencies, cost savings, and enhanced market competitiveness.

The merger will enable both companies to pool resources and expertise, advancing their technological prowess, particularly in emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI).
