Mankind Pharma Reports 10% Rise in Quarterly Profit

Mankind Pharma disclosed a 10% year-on-year increase in its consolidated profit after tax, reaching Rs 543 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. This is up from Rs 494 crore in the same period last year. Revenue also increased to Rs 2,893 crore from Rs 2,579 crore.

The pharmaceutical giant had previously reported a profit after tax of Rs 494 crore for the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year.

Operations revenue also saw a rise, climbing to Rs 2,893 crore from Rs 2,579 crore during the same period last year, according to the company's statement. However, the company's shares closed 1.21% down at Rs 2,031.15 apiece on the BSE.
