Sonata Software Reports Strong Q1 '25 Financial Results with Significant Growth in Domestic Segment
Sonata Software reported its unaudited financial results for Q1 '25, showcasing significant growth in its domestic segment. While international IT services saw modest revenue growth, the domestic products and services segment experienced a 22% increase. Notable achievements include three large deal wins and strong pipeline health.
Sonata Software (NSE: SONATSOFTW), (BSE: 532221), known for its expertise in Modernization Engineering, reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
The company's consolidated revenues for Q1 '25 reached ₹2,527.4 crores, marking a 15% QoQ growth and a 25% YoY increase. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹176.2 crores, showing a 22% QoQ rise. The PAT, however, experienced a slight QoQ decline of 4.3%, amounting to ₹105.6 crores.
The domestic products and services segment exhibited a notable performance with revenues climbing to ₹1,849.4 crores, reflecting a 22% QoQ growth. EBITDA for this segment surged by nearly 79% to ₹47.3 crores. Despite industry headwinds, Sonata won three large deals, including a significant healthcare contract, fueling optimism for long-term growth.
