IYDF and Volunteers Light Up Orphanage with Donations and Joy

New Delhi [India], August 6: The International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) teamed up with community volunteers to hold a donation event at Bal Seva Sansthan orphanage in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. This heartfelt initiative aimed to supply essential food and stationery to the children at the orphanage.
Puneet Verma, head of Anirbhav Foundation, led the charge, stating, 'This event is not just about providing basic necessities but also about bringing hope and support to these children.' He thanked IYDF and the local community for their unwavering support and generous contributions. Volunteers Vibha Verma, Babita Bisht, Amit Sharma, and Dinesh Sharma distributed sugar, rice, notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, cooking oil, and black gram in just two hours. In addition to distributing supplies, the volunteers spent quality time with the children, engaging them in games and meaningful conversations to spread joy.
The head of Bal Seva Sansthan expressed deep gratitude, noting, 'This donation has not only provided us with essential supplies but also made the children feel the warmth and care from society.' The event reached 35 children, offering both material aid and emotional support. Volunteers found the experience deeply fulfilling, and Puneet Verma added, 'Organizing such events fills us with immense joy and a strong sense of mission. Witnessing the positive impact we can collectively create is heartwarming. We will continue our efforts to bring love and support to more children in need.'
