In Shaktinagar, two wagons of a coal-laden goods train derailed on Sunday morning, police reported.
No injuries have been confirmed in the incident, which occurred around 11.30 am, according to authorities.
The train was transporting coal from Northern Coalfield Limited (NCL) in Khadia to a power plant in Anpara, officials confirmed.
Currently, teams of railway officials and NCL employees are on-site to manage the situation.
The affected track is a private railway line linked to the power plant, police stated.
