Chandrasekaran to Co-Chair Task Force for Golden Andhra Pradesh Initiative
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced that Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran will co-chair the Task Force for Economic Development aimed at achieving a Golden Andhra Pradesh by 2047. The task force will include intellectuals and industry leaders. Naidu and Chandrasekaran explored opportunities for a TCS development centre in Visakhapatnam and other sectoral partnerships.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday announced that Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran will serve as co-chair of the Task Force for Economic Development, aimed at achieving a 'Swarna' (golden) Andhra Pradesh by 2047.
Chandrasekaran, who met with Naidu today, will be a part of the task force that includes intellectuals and industry leaders. 'The GoAP (government of Andhra Pradesh) is forming a Task Force for Economic Development of Swarna Andhra Pradesh, and I'm delighted to announce that Chandrasekaran will co-chair this Task Force,' Naidu posted on 'X'.
The CM highlighted that the Tata Group will collaborate with the state to establish the Centre for Global Leadership on Competitiveness in Amaravati by the Confederation of Industry (CII). Additionally, they explored opportunities for a TCS development centre in Visakhapatnam and discussed enhancing air connectivity through Air India and Vistara. IT and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh and Industries Minister TG Bharat also met with Chandrasekaran.
