In an announcement made through a regulatory filing on Saturday, the realty firm disclosed that Jena stepped down on 17 August 2024 to pursue professional opportunities outside the organization.
Kolte-Patil Developers, headquartered in Pune, is a prominent player in India's real estate sector. The company has a significant presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, having developed over 64 projects spanning residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial properties, and IT parks, with a combined saleable area exceeding 28 million square feet.
