Small Plane Crashes into Lake Malawi; Dutch Passenger Rescued

A Dutch passenger survived the crash and was rescued by local fishermen, but the pilot and another passenger remain missing.

Information Minister Moses Kumkuyu noted that the surviving passenger is female and is currently receiving treatment for minor injuries at a hospital. The Cessna C210 aircraft, operated by Nyasa Express charter airline, crashed in shallow water near the lake's shore.
