Swiggy Partners with MSDE for Massive Skilling Initiative
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Swiggy launched a significant initiative on Saturday to offer skilling and employment opportunities within Swiggy's food delivery and quick commerce network. The program aims to benefit approximately 2.4 lakh delivery partners and staff of restaurant partners, providing comprehensive training, internship, and employment opportunities.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and Swiggy have teamed up to launch a groundbreaking initiative aimed at offering skilling and employment opportunities within Swiggy's extensive food delivery and quick commerce network.
This partnership is set to benefit around 2.4 lakh delivery partners and staff associated with Swiggy's restaurant partners by providing employment, internship, and training opportunities in restaurant operations and various aspects of retail management.
Under the Swiggy Skills initiative, the delivery partner platform will integrate with the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH), enhancing the access of Swiggy's workforce to online skill development courses, certifications, and training modules.
