Freshara Agro Exports Limited, a key player in the processed gherkins and pickled vegetables export sector, announced its plans to open an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on October 17, 2024. The company aims to raise Rs 75.39 Crore, with shares listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

The IPO involves up to 64,99,200 equity shares priced between Rs 110 and Rs 116 each. The equity share allocation includes 17,61,600 shares for QIB Anchor Portion, 11,76,000 for Qualified Institutional Buyers, 8,83,200 for Non-Institutional Investors, 20,59,200 for Retail Investors, and 6,19,200 for Market Makers. The proceeds from the IPO are set to boost the company's working capital, capital expenditure, and other expenses.

This strategic move enables Freshara to enhance its procurement and processing capabilities, expand facility production capacity, and improve efficiency. Junaid Ahmed, Chairman and Managing Director, emphasized the commitment to sustainability and global expansion. With over 40 countries in its customer base, Freshara aims to optimize operations and broaden market reach, supported by GYR Capital Advisors.
