The Indian Debating League (IDL) is gearing up for its 4th edition's grand finale, scheduled for November 30, 2024, at IIT Delhi. This year's focus is on 'Ethics in the Changing Global Order: India Leading the Way,' featuring more than 3,000 debaters from 450 schools hailing from 100 cities. The event provides a stage for young talents to shine in public speaking and critical thinking, with top performers earning a visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan as a testament to their remarkable abilities.

In an era characterized by fast-paced technological advancements, geopolitical uncertainties, and social challenges, India's ethical leadership has emerged as pivotal. IDL's theme highlights India as a model for sustainable and inclusive global governance. The competition also serves to select members for the India National Debate Team, set to represent the country at the 2025 World Schools Debating Championship in Panama. Anjali Tiwary, IDL Founder & CEO, remarked on the event's significance, emphasizing the multi-polarity of voices from across India and the collaborative efforts of 20+ colleges aiding in mentorship.
