Mahindra's Remarkable Year-End Sales Surge

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd boasted a 16% boost in its overall auto sales for December 2024, totaling 69,768 units, compared to 60,188 units in December 2023.
Passenger vehicle sales saw a significant rise, reaching 41,424 units, an 18% increase over the prior year's 35,174 units, according to a regulatory filing by Mahindra & Mahindra.
Veejay Nakra, President of Mahindra's Automotive Division, highlighted the company's achievement as the sole Indian auto firm to reach the Dow Jones Sustainability Index world leader status. In the farm equipment sector, tractor sales surged by 20% to 22,943 units, while domestic sales climbed 22%. However, export sales fell by 17%.
