India Infoline Finance Thursday
said it plans to raise Rs 2,000 crore through retail bonds.
The base size of the bond issue is Rs 250 crore and
has a green-shoe option to retain over-subscription up to
Rs 1,750 crore.
The company is offering a yield of 10.50 per cent per
annum for individual and other categories, and 10.35 per cent
for institutional category, for tenor of 120 months with
frequency of monthly and annual payment.

Edelweiss raises Rs 9,200 cr from alternative investment fund
* Edelweiss Financial Services Thursday said it has
raised Rs 9,200 crore through its Edelweiss India Special
Assets Fund (EISAF) II, an alternative investment fund.
The funds was raised from insurance companies and
pension funds het net worth individuals.
