Dev Information Technology Limited, a global IT services provider, announced strong Q3 FY25 unaudited financial results, showcasing significant growth across its sectors. The company reported a total income of Rs 48.15 crore, reflecting a 50.61% year-on-year increase. EBITDA reached Rs 3.44 crore, marking a 28.56% growth, while net profit rose by 6.19% to Rs 1.82 crore.
On a standalone basis, Dev IT recorded a total income of Rs 42.85 crore, up by 38.32% from the previous year. With an EBITDA of Rs 3.72 crore and a net profit of Rs 2.06 crore, the company emphasizes its resilience and strategic growth initiatives. Founder and Chairman, Pranav Pandya, attributes this success to strategic expansions, client acquisitions, and a strengthened foothold in cybersecurity solutions.
The quarter also saw the acquisition of Dhyey Consulting Services and securing key enterprise contracts from US-based clients. Dev IT received the Best MSP Award in the 'IT as a Service' category, and its subsidiary, Dev Accelerator Limited, is preparing for an IPO to enhance its managed office space business.
