The Rajasthan government has taken a significant step towards enhancing agricultural trade by approving projects valued at over Rs 24 crore for the Krishi Upaj Mandi Samitis, officials have announced.

The decision, sanctioned by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, aims to boost infrastructure and provide better facilities for farmers and traders within these markets. Over Rs 7.27 crore will be directed towards infrastructure development in key locations such as Lalsot, Bhawanimandi, Deoli, and Kotputli.

Additionally, Rs 16.73 crore has been allocated for the construction of connecting roads in various Mandi Samitis, notably in Lunkaransar, Srikaranpur, Bikaner, and other regions. The initiatives promise to enhance the daily operations and accessibility for those dependent on these market hubs.
