Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has placed blame on past governments for failing to capitalize on opportunities to develop infrastructure vital for economic expansion. In contrast, he noted that the Modi government has created a roadmap aimed at achieving the ambitious 'Viksit Bharat@2047' goal.
