Police identified the deceased victims as Shivraj Singh, Shakil, Bishwajeet, Baharan, and Prem, the driver of the SUV.
The injured are currently receiving treatment at a local hospital and are reported to be out of danger. The crash temporarily halted traffic on the highway before normalcy was restored.
