In a statement, Bihar's Industries Department highlighted the state's development initiatives and its appealing environment for investment. The dialogue concentrated on potential investments and improvements in education and skill development.
This visit marked Giles-Diaz's first to Bihar, where she acts as the lead for the US Consulate across 11 eastern Indian states. Talks encompassed the state's industrial growth and policies, presenting business prospects for American firms. The Consul General also consulted with Governor Arif Mohammad Khan at Raj Bhavan.
