Voltas, a leading company in home appliances and engineering solutions, has announced a remarkable increase in net profit for the March quarter of FY25, with figures rising to Rs 236 crore—more than double the performance of the previous year.

The company's total income elevated to Rs 4,847 crore, reflecting a healthy growth trajectory in its Unitary Cooling Products and electro-mechanical projects segments. Particularly notable was a 36% overall volume growth, with air cooler categories flourishing over 70%.

Despite challenges in its engineering products sector, Voltas, part of the Tata Group, showcased adaptive strategies, reducing losses significantly. The board has also recommended a dividend of Rs 7 per share for shareholders.
