In a remarkable real estate achievement, Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers have announced a complete sell-out of the 298-unit Trump Residences in Gurugram. The luxury residential project managed to garner sales of Rs 3,250 crore on its launch day, highlighting the robust demand in the premium housing segment in the Delhi-NCR area.

The luxurious homes, priced between Rs 8 crore and Rs 15 crore, were rapidly absorbed by the market, underscoring a significant appetite for high-end, branded living in India. This project features two architecturally impressive 51-storey towers, with Smartworld spearheading development and customer relations, and Tribeca focusing on design and sales.

Commenting on this success, Pankaj Bansal of Smartworld Developers lauded the aspiration for world-class living standards in India, while Tribeca's Kalpesh Mehta attributed the success to the strong allure of the Trump brand. This marks the second Trump-branded venture in Gurugram and reinforces India as a key market for the Trump Organization outside the US.
