The Arete Group announced on Friday its sale of a 35-acre land parcel in Dahej, Gujarat to Belgium-based Silox Group for the construction of a cutting-edge chemical plant. This pivotal deal is part of Silox Group's broader strategy to bolster their presence in India, a key market they have identified for growth.
According to official statements, Silox India, a subsidiary of Silox Group, has secured this industrial land to set up a chemicals and metal salts manufacturing facility at Payal Industrial Park (PIP). The substantial Rs 600 crore investment underlines the group's commitment to India's industrial expansion.
The project, named Zeta, recently celebrated its groundbreaking ceremony with Didier Vanderhasselt, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to India, in attendance. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, Arete Group is poised to enrich India's industrial landscape, offering advanced production capabilities for diverse industrial applications.
