Royal Enfield Revs Up: 31% Sales Surge in July

Royal Enfield, India's leading motorcycle manufacturer, reported a significant 31% increase in total sales for July, reaching 88,045 units compared to 67,265 units during the same month last year.
Domestic sales saw a notable rise to 76,254 units, a 25% increase from the previous year's 61,208 units. Meanwhile, the company's exports almost doubled, climbing by 95% to 11,791 units from last year's 6,057.
CEO B Govindarajan credited the surge to the new Sherpa 450 and Hunter 350 motorcycles, which have been well received in both domestic and international markets. Emphasizing product innovation and expansion, the company remains poised to further solidify its stance in the mid-size motorcycle segment.
