Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has launched the new daily express train service between Raipur and Jabalpur, a move likely to enhance local connectivity and economic activities. This service follows an express route that promises improved convenience for passengers.
Sai, joined by political officials, praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for their role in initiating this service, which addresses the transportation needs of Chhattisgarh's residents. The route expands on current offerings, previously limited to a single service.
The new train offers vital links through towns steeped in cultural and natural heritage. It's expected to benefit various segments, including business, education, tourism, and daily commuting, while also connecting key tourism attractions like Kanha National Park and Dhuandhar waterfall.
