Team ACPA Gurgaon clinched the coveted title in this two-day culinary extravaganza organized by Hammer Management & Marketing Services alongside the IHE Expo. Participants transformed the theme 'Music & Melody' into delectable works of art.

Competing under the guidance of Mentor Chef Sehaj Ghuman, Team ACPA Gurugram, comprising Karanpreet Singh and Khushi Kaushal, emerged victoriously. Their win ensures they will represent India at the Junior Pastry World Cup 2026 in Rimini, Italy. The event, backed by sponsors like MILLAC and ZION International Food, underscored the gifted young chefs' talent pool.

The Junior Pastry World Cup offers a prestigious international forum for young chefs under 26, emphasizing skill exchange and global exposure. With 24 chefs from top culinary institutions in India, the JPIC 2025 showcased technical prowess across six rounds, celebrating pastry as an art. This event plays a crucial role in advancing the Indian culinary landscape on a global scale.
