IPO-bound global customer experience firm Fusion CX has unveiled a sprawling 54,000 square feet delivery centre in West Bengal's Siliguri, which officials highlight as a strategic move to cement its footprint in India.
Inaugurated by West Bengal IT and Electronics Minister Babul Supriyo alongside Fusion CX co-founders, the state-of-the-art centre is set to be a pivotal hub for e-commerce and retail support, enhancing both customer and seller experiences.
The facility, accommodating 1,000 seats with an estimated 3,000 shift seats, will offer omni-channel solutions and reflects Siliguri's potential as a digital-first service gateway with a robust talent pool, signaling large-scale employment opportunities in the region.
