AARVEE Denims and Exports Limited has officially rebranded as Varvee Global Limited following a successful Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). Members agreed on key resolutions, including a name change reflecting a fresh strategic direction under newly appointed leadership.

The EGM approved the leadership of Mr. Jaimin Kailash Gupta as Chairman & Managing Director, supported by Mr. Tarachand Gangasahay Agrawal as Whole-Time Director. This shift follows a significant share acquisition and management restructuring effective July 2025.
