Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has leased over 500 seats to Davies Shared Services (India) Pvt Ltd in its Pune facility, intensifying its presence in the co-working sector.
As an Indian subsidiary of the UK-based Davies, the move is pivotal for streamlining their operations into a cohesive and innovative body, stated Arvind Parashar, Davies' Senior Vice President and India Country Manager.
In a bid for continuous expansion, Smartworks acquired 5.57 lakh sq ft in Navi Mumbai's Intellion Park to cater to the soaring demand for adaptable office spaces. This step consolidates Smartworks' position as a leader in managed workspaces.
