Experion Developers Awards Rs 800 Crore Contract to Tata Projects

Experion Developers has assigned a Rs 800 crore contract to Tata Projects for 'The Trillion', a housing project in Gurugram. This significant project spans 25 lakh sq ft, with a total investment reaching approximately Rs 2,500 crore. Experion is part of the AT Capital Group.

Experion Developers announced the appointment of Tata Projects as the primary contractor for their ambitious housing project 'The Trillion' in Gurugram. The contract is valued at an impressive Rs 800 crore, marking a significant investment in the region.

B K Malagi, Vice Chairman of Experion Developers, detailed that the project would cover an extensive area of 25 lakh square feet, with the overall investment anticipated to be around Rs 2,500 crore.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Experion Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore, Experion Developers operates under the umbrella of AT Capital Group, which boasts diverse interests in real estate, renewable energy, structured credit, and public markets across several continents including Europe and the United States.
