Third-party logistics service provider Emiza has joined forces with Raymond to oversee the fulfillment of the fashion company's entire online portfolio, which includes renowned brands like Park Avenue and ColorPlus. This alliance was announced on Monday by Emiza.

Leveraging Emiza's comprehensive network of 24 fulfillment centers across more than a dozen cities, the logistics firm will handle over 1.45 million annual shipments for Raymond's direct-to-consumer (D2C) website and e-commerce marketplace operations.

Emiza will facilitate warehousing, packaging, and smart order fulfillment, optimizing last-mile delivery timelines through strategic routing from Raymond's nearest stores. This partnership aims to improve inventory management, cut delivery times by 20%, and increase order accuracy to 99.7%. Additionally, Emiza will align packaging with Raymond's premium format and manage marketplace claims.
