On Saturday, Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu convened a crucial meeting with IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers in the national capital to assess the situation. Also present were Civil Aviation Secretary Samir Kumar Sinha and DGCA chief Faiz Ahmed Kidwai.
The immediate focus, officials stated, is to restore normalcy in operations while ensuring prompt ticket refunds for affected passengers. This response comes amid numerous flight cancellations and delays nationwide.
