Ltd. The latter is renowned for its manufacture of Makhana and Chana Sattu products.

This acquisition is set to unlock substantial cross-selling and distribution synergies for Leo Dryfruits. The collaboration aims to exploit STK Food Processing's established market influence and customer connections to buoy Leo Dryfruits' growth trajectory. The merger further escalates the company's product portfolio, which is anticipated to spur sustained revenue growth.
