This strategic collaboration is set to bolster India's manufacturing capabilities, especially in civil aviation.
The partnership was formalized with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in the presence of officials from Adani Defence & Aerospace and Embraer at the civil aviation ministry in New Delhi. The venture will not only focus on assembling regional aircraft but also on enhancing India's supply chain, pilot training, and aftermarket services.
Civil Aviation Secretary Samir Kumar Sinha emphasized the importance of progressive technology transfer and the establishment of a robust supply chain to achieve a sustainable aviation ecosystem.
