Emerald Resources, LVC Global Merge to Form Pan-African Natural Resources Platform

Emerald Resources, the energy, mining and commodities arm of Emerald Group, and LVC Global Holdings have signed a definitive agreement to merge operations, creating Emerald Global Resources (EGR) — a next-generation natural resources platform headquartered in Abu Dhabi.

The merger combines Emerald Resources’ international footprint with LVC Global’s Africa-focused asset acquisition and deal-origination strengths, forming a fully integrated Pan-African platform spanning metals and minerals, oil and gas, and integrated resource logistics.

EGR is positioned as an execution-driven platform designed to attract global institutional capital, including private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth investors seeking scalable, de-risked exposure to high-quality natural resource assets across the Global South.
