A tragic road accident involving two-wheelers left one man dead and another injured on the Punjabi Bagh flyover in west Delhi. According to police, the incident happened early on Tuesday morning.
Police responded to a PCR call at 8.10 am and found a scooter and a motorcycle in a damaged state at the scene. Two injured individuals were present, identified as Vijay, who later died at Acharya Bhikshu Hospital, and Monu, who was transferred to Safdarjung Hospital due to severe injuries.
The exact circumstances leading to the crash are still under investigation. Authorities have seized the damaged vehicles for mechanical inspections and are examining CCTV footage to ascertain if additional vehicles were involved. Witness statements are also being recorded as part of the inquiry.
