In conjunction, the group revealed a significant investment plan of Rs. 5,000 crore focused on enhancing riverside developments across residential, retail, and commercial sectors city-wide.
Arya Sumant, Managing Director of Eden Realty Group, emphasized the company's dedication to sustainable growth in Eastern India, explaining that their substantial investment will include luxury residences, exclusive bungalow and row-housing concepts, and a high-end hospitality project. The forthcoming Eden Devprayag aims to be Kolkata's epitome of opulent riverfront living, incorporating the city's first riverside 5-star hotel with a sophisticated Ganga Ghat.
Kumar Satyaki, Joint Managing Director, highlighted the natural allure of the site, stating that the unique setting overlooking the Ganga and the Botanical Garden demanded a design homage. Distinct features include vast landscaped podiums, clubs, Banaras-style Ganga Ghat, and panoramic terrace views embodying the river's essence, while promoting wellness through thoughtful architecture.
