Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), a prestigious institution in India, has unveiled MAGIC (MAHE Agentic Intelligent Console), an innovative step in its ongoing digital transformation. This platform is designed to incorporate AI-powered agentic systems into both academic and administrative realms, ushering in a new era of operational efficiency and intelligent automation.

Developed in collaboration with global tech leaders such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and Deloitte, MAGIC is set to redefine university operations. The initiative currently involves the deployment of AI agents within the Student Life Cycle Management framework, automating processes like timetable scheduling and attendance tracking, while extending to admissions, procurement, and research support.

With strategic backing from its technology partners, MAHE plans to integrate over 50 AI agents within the next two years.
