Asgard Alcobev Ltd has appointed Ronak Jain as its new Managing Director to lead its strategic growth in the alcoholic beverages industry. The company also named Priyanka Jain and Binit Singhania to key roles, marking a significant step in its repositioning from paper manufacturing to beverage production.

Asgard Alcobev Ltd announced on Monday that Ronak Jain will be the company's new Managing Director. With a robust 15-year experience in the liquor and beer industry, Jain is expected to spearhead the company's strategic initiatives and growth trajectory, according to a company statement. His appointment is set for a five-year term.

The firm, formerly known as Banganga Paper Industries Ltd, is pivoting from its roots in paper manufacturing to focus on alcoholic beverages. This pivot is further emphasized by its recent majority stake acquisition in CMJ Breweries, located in Northeast India.

Complementing Jain's leadership, Asgard Alcobev also introduced Priyanka Jain as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) and Binit Singhania as the Chief Financial Officer & Finance Director. These strategic appointments highlight the company's commitment to realigning its business focus and positioning itself as a competitive force in the beverage industry.
