The chaos ensued Tuesday night following the collapse of a piling rig at a flyover construction site in Mumbai's Mankhurd area, tragically resulting in the death of police constable Santosh Gopal Chavan.

The incident led to significant delays, with vehicle queues stretching across the eastern suburbs. In a video shared on social media, Kulkarni highlighted the lack of communication from authorities, as passengers were left in the dark with no information on when the jam would clear.

This unfortunate accident on the Sion-Panvel Highway caused heavy traffic snarls, affecting major routes like the Eastern Expressway, leaving motorists struggling to navigate the area.
