Lodha Developers' Ambitious Expansion in India's Realty Sector
Lodha Developers Ltd plans to launch residential properties worth nearly Rs 22,000 crore this fiscal amid strong demand. The company, which recorded substantial growth in sales and profits, intends to capitalize on its existing land and reduce new land acquisitions, thereby improving cash flow.
Lodha Developers Ltd, a prominent real estate firm in India, is set to launch residential properties valued at nearly Rs 22,000 crore as part of its expansion strategy for the current fiscal year.
The company aims to launch 15 million square feet of property in regions including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Bengaluru, and Delhi-NCR, generating an estimated revenue of Rs 21,800 crore.
Despite a sales growth slowdown post-2025, Lodha Developers reported significant financial improvements, with a notable rise in net profit and total income. The firm plans to focus on existing land assets to boost revenue while minimizing new land acquisitions, enhancing free cash flow.
