Vinay Malhotra, India's largest airline IndiGo's Head of Global Sales, has resigned to pursue new ventures beyond the airline industry. His departure is set for July 3, as communicated by IndiGo in a regulatory filing.

Malhotra, part of the leadership team, announced his decision to step down after evaluating his personal and professional journey. His resignation follows extensive consultations with IndiGo's Managing Director, Rahul Bhatia.

This move comes amidst a series of leadership transitions within IndiGo, including recent executive appointments. These changes underscore the airline's efforts to address substantial operational disruptions experienced late last year.
