Mumbai: Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited has announced its audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, marking a significant milestone with consolidated revenue up by 46.9% to ₹221.72 Crore. The company's profit before tax grew by 17.14% to ₹19.95 Crore, and profit after tax (PAT) increased from ₹13.29 Crore to ₹15.82 Crore.

The company's remarkable growth is attributed to strategic synergies with associates Kelvin and AART, which have strengthened its position across various sectors. Management highlights FY26 as a year of substantial strategic investment and expansion, setting the foundation for Fabtech’s ambitious Vision 2030 plan. This vision aims to cultivate a powerhouse of engineering precision and top-tier project management skills.

Despite facing margin compression due to targeted investments in sectors like data centers, solar, and microelectronics, Fabtech is optimistic about recuperating margins in FY27. The company plans to enhance operational integrity and supply chain resilience amid global disruptions. The expansion includes a proposed facility in Hyderabad, new system upgrades, and a UAE subsidiary.
