KEC International Secures Rs 1,002 Crore in Multi-Sector Deals
KEC International, an RPG Group company, has announced securing Rs 1,002 crore in new orders across multiple sectors such as transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and transportation. This includes HVDC and wind energy projects in India, as well as international ventures in transmission infrastructure.
KEC International, a prominent firm under the RPG Group, revealed on Tuesday that it has successfully secured new orders amounting to Rs 1,002 crore. These orders span various sectors including transmission and distribution, renewable energy, and transportation.
The company's transmission and distribution (T&D) business is marked by significant domestic and international engagements. Among these, a standout order is the 500 kV HVDC transmission line awarded by a leading private developer in Western India. Additional deals involve 132 kV cabling works for a well-known steel producer in Eastern India, and supplying infrastructure to the Americas.
In renewable energy, KEC International has obtained a 100+ MW wind project order from a respected developer in Southern India. Meanwhile, the transportation segment boasts two new projects in the automatic block signalling (ABS) domain, further cementing its operational edge. Overall, the company has broadened its global reach with operations in over 110 countries.
