A deadly bus accident in Nepal's Arghakhachi district has claimed the lives of four people, including three elderly women and the driver, according to police reports. The tragic incident unfolded on Tuesday as pilgrims were returning to Modi rural municipality after visiting Supa Deurali temple.

Police confirm that the bus fell approximately 100 metres off the road in the Panini rural municipality area, attributed to a brake failure. Multiple passengers sustained injuries and have been rushed to Arghakhachi district hospital, with the condition of four passengers reported as serious.
