PC Jeweller Ltd has announced a remarkable 61% rise in its consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 152.89 crore for the quarter that concluded on March 31, 2026. This growth is attributed to an impressive increase in total income.
The previous year's net profit for the same period was Rs 94.78 crore. For the January to March FY26 period, total income expanded significantly to Rs 946.26 crore, compared to Rs 700.10 crore during the prior year according to a recently issued regulatory report.
Over the entire fiscal year 2025-26, the company's net profit jumped to Rs 714.46 crore from Rs 577.70 crore the year before. Similarly, total income climbed to Rs 3,549.58 crore from Rs 2,371.87 crore during the previous fiscal year.
Managing Director Balram Garg described FY26 as pivotal, underscoring that the company regained momentum and achieved robust performance across all operations. The impressive growth was propelled by strong execution and consistent consumer demand, marking significant progress in the company's turnaround journey.
Garg emphasized that reducing and managing the company's debt is a current priority. The firm has successfully lessened its outstanding liabilities by over 90% since executing a Settlement Agreement with banks, bolstering its financial footing.
In anticipation of becoming debt-free soon, Garg revealed plans for an aggressive expansion. Positive responses from potential business partners pave the way for the establishment of large-format franchise showrooms, with expectations to launch up to 100 new franchise locations over the next 12 to 18 months.
Currently, PC Jeweller operates approximately 50 stores in major urban centers across the country.
