Ashiana Housing Sees Stable Profit Amid Revenue Growth for Q4

Ashiana Housing Ltd, a prominent real estate firm, registered a net profit of Rs 20.98 crore for the quarter ending March 2026, nearly matching figures from the previous year at Rs 20.34 crore.
Revenue for the quarter rose to Rs 335.18 crore, showcasing an increase from Rs 229.48 crore in the same period of the previous year, as revealed in a recent filing. For the full fiscal year 2026, Ashiana’s net profit jumped to Rs 117.89 crore, a significant leap from Rs 18.24 crore the year before, with total income more than doubling to Rs 1,187.47 crore from Rs 557.45 crore. The firm attributed a robust more than twofold increase in Q4 sales bookings to Rs 1,289.70 crore, compared to Rs 574.73 crore in the preceding year, indicating bolstered demand.
Last fiscal year, Ashiana Housing achieved record pre-sales figures of Rs 2,421.47 crore, outpacing the prior year's Rs 1,936.75 crore. The company, headquartered in Delhi and recognized for developing senior citizen homes and various housing projects, has a strong presence in markets such as Delhi-NCR, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Jharkhand.
