A United Airlines flight traveling to Minneapolis had to make an unexpected stop in Wisconsin on Friday night due to a disruptive passenger.
"United flight 2005 from Chicago to Minneapolis landed safely in Madison, Wisconsin to address a security concern with an unruly passenger," stated an airline representative. Law enforcement aboard swiftly restrained the passenger, and the Dane County Sheriff's Office removed them upon landing. Federal authorities are now investigating the incident. Despite the disruption, the Boeing 737-900 with 147 passengers and six crew members continued its journey to Minneapolis without any injuries reported.
